- Had my track "Snake Oil" (retitled "Grease Man") placed in the latest Ice-Cube film "Janky Promoters". Will be released on DVD-November 24th.

The track "Come On" featured in Episode 10 of Melrose Place.
Hi everybody!
The R&B/Pop track "Come On" will be featured on the CW's new Melrose Place this Tuesday November 17th @8pm (cst).
This track was co-produced by Mike Dicillo and myself and features both Sarah Leichtenberg & Nick Strahanoski on lead...

The Sarah Leichtenberg track "Sweat (Want It Need It)" was featured in this seen of Episode 2 on the new Melrose Place airing on the CW. This track was written and produced by Mike Dicillo and Curtis Marolt.

What do you run out of icons? Do you have to stop writing then?
What is play? EW standalone sampler?
So far, with DP 6, PLAY has been behaving quite smooth. I was actually impressed. But to be honest, I have not worked on a big session on this new machine yet. So far, I have managed toad about 6 PLAY players running about four instruments on each. Not all playing at the same time though. It ran good. I am trying to finish my current project so I can have the time to mess around with it a bit more.
On pro Tools 8, I really have not worked much yet.Yesterday I ran a session running to Kontakt 3 players with about 5 instruments on each, Stylus RMX, 2 MX4's, and sampletank. Yes, I still use Sampletank (ha ha!). the only problem I have been having is that my Mackie control does not seem to like Pro Tools 8 very much and does some odd things. Besides that, everything was really smooth. I always have my activity monitor on and it never went up even close to what can be a 30%. So, compared to my old G5 dual, I feel in heaven!
I have read that it is more convenient to have more players with fewer instruments than few players fully loaded with samples. That has been working for me quite well.
I will keep you posted. I would also appreciate if you let me know what the problem was in case I run into trouble in the future. Sorry if I can't be of much help.
